This Cookie Policy explains how TripDesk365(“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on tripdesk365.com and the TripDesk365application (collectively, the “Service”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to store information. Similar technologies — pixels, browser localStorage, and sessionStorage— serve comparable purposes. We refer to all of them collectively as “cookies” in this policy.
2. How we use cookies
TripDesk365 is a B2B platform. We use only the cookies needed to operate the Service, keep accounts secure, remember basic preferences, and (where you opt in) attribute referrals. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral-targeting pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
3. Cookies and storage we set
The table below lists the cookies and browser storage the Service uses. We update this list when the Service changes; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__session and related __clerk_* | Clerk (auth provider) | Maintain your signed-in session and prevent CSRF. | Strictly necessary | Session / up to 7 days |
tripdesk_ref | TripDesk365 | Remember which referral link brought you to the site so the referring partner is credited if you sign up. | Functional | 30 days |
tripdesk-theme (localStorage) | TripDesk365 | Remember whether you chose light or dark mode. | Functional | Until you clear browser storage |
| Other in-app preferences (localStorage) | TripDesk365 | Remember saved filters, sidebar collapse state, and similar per-user UI preferences inside the dashboard. | Functional | Until you clear browser storage |
4. What we do not use
- No advertising or behavioral-targeting cookies. We do not load Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site advertising tag.
- No third-party analytics that profile individual users. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and use privacy-respecting providers that do not require cookie consent for aggregated, anonymized usage data — or we will request consent where required by your jurisdiction.
- No social-media tracking pixels on the Service.
5. Third-party services that may set cookies
Some essential third parties may set their own cookies when you interact with the Service:
- Clerk— sets the authentication and CSRF cookies described above. Required for sign-in.
- Google Maps embed (footer)— the Google Maps iframe in our footer may set cookies controlled by Google when the map is loaded. We have no control over those cookies; they are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
- Google APIs (Gmail ingestion, when you connect) — if your agency authorizes Gmail access, Google’s OAuth flow sets cookies on Google’s domain (not ours) during consent.
6. Managing cookies
You can view, delete, and block cookies from your browser settings. Common browser links:
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the Service from working. In particular, sign-in will fail without the Clerk session cookie.
7. Do Not Track
Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how DNT should be interpreted, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising regardless of DNT.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Service or applicable regulations change. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify users by email or in-app notice.
