Built around how your industry travels
Every organization needs to know who is travelling and what it costs. Some need more: a production code on every crew flight, a grant number a donor will audit, a client matter to rebill, a registry a university risk committee can trust. These pages show how TripDesk365 handles each, with a free resource for each industry and a plain list of what it does not do.
Film and TV production
Crew and cast flights coded to the production and episode, itineraries in local time for location work, and air-travel CO₂e per production.
Includes a crew travel kick-off sheet.
Professional services
Every trip coded to the client matter or engagement, a flight list per matter for rebilling, and CO₂e per client for their emissions questionnaires.
Includes a client rebill checklist.
Nonprofits and NGOs
The State Department level of every destination on every trip, a grant code on every booking, and flight emissions per grant for donor reports.
With the high-risk travel approval checklist.
Higher education
A faculty and staff travel registry built from forwarded tickets, codeshare evidence for the Fly America Act, and CO₂e per department.
With the Fly America Act checklist.
What every industry gets
Underneath the industry detail is the same platform: bookings made anywhere, imported from e-tickets and airline emails or forwarded to your private address; booking fields and cost centres for your own codes; itineraries by email, calendar file and private link; a travel map with live positions where flight data has them; the State Department level of every destination; disruption alerts from a live flight-data feed, by email, Slack, Teams and webhook; and an emissions report you can cut by client, cost centre or any booking field. See how it works for agencies and for corporate travel teams.
Where TripDesk365 is not the right tool yet
We would rather say so than build a page for it.
- Sports teams. Team travel runs on charters, group fares and rooming lists, none of which TripDesk365 handles.
- Music tours. Tours need hotel blocks, rooming lists, day sheets and instrument baggage. TripDesk365 can carry a tour's flights and itineraries, not the tour.
- Conferences and events. Attendee travel means room blocks and group registration, which TripDesk365 does not offer.
- Crews on rotation. Energy and construction crews need long-stay lodging, per diems and charters. TripDesk365 records flights only.
Tell us how your organization travels
Book a demo and bring a few real trips. We will set up the codes your industry uses and show you the register, the itineraries and the reports built from them.
